Fiji Airways

Book flights from your location to Nadi International Airport on the best provider for your regions (Fiji Airways, Air New Zealand, Qantas Airlines, Virgin Australia, Korean Air, Jetstar Airlines, etc.). Once you arrive on the main island in Fiji (Viti Levu) you can book an inter-island roundtrip flight from Nadi International Airport or Suva International Airport to Kadavu’s Vunisea Airport. The only regularly scheduled flights are operated by Fiji Airways’ subsidiary, Fiji Link. Please be advised that spots are limited on the Fiji Link flights to Kadavu per week, so we suggest booking your return flights well in advance of your stay to be sure you make your international flight from Nadi or Suva. Once you arrive at Kadavu Island’s Vunisea Airport, our team will meet you at the airport and take you for a scenic 30-minute boat ride to Papageno Resort.

Goundar Shipping Ltd.

Groundar Shipping Ltd. offers a weekly cargo & passenger ferry service from Fiji’s mainland (Viti Levu) and Kadavu Island. Normally, the ferry departs from the Port of Suva on Wednesday nights and arrives at either Vunisea or Kavala Wharf early Thursday morning. The same ferry that arrives Kadavu Island on Thursdays will stop at both wharfs before heading back to Suva late Thursday afternoons. Keep in mind that holidays bump the ferry’s schedule back a day. We always advise checking directly with Goundar Shipping before booking your ferry tickets.
